Mr. Divakara Shetty - Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. K. Divakar Shetty is a renowned personality in the Renewable Energy Sector in Karnataka State. He is heading Abletech Electro Engineers Pvt Ltd as its Chairman and Managing Director. Abletech is one of the leading Infrastructure developer in the field of renewable energy sector namely Wind, Hydro and Solar Projects. He is also closely involved with the Indian Wind Energy Association.
Keeping in view the emerging opportunities for private sector participation in the power Industry, Mr. Divakar Shetty launched a subsidiary company named Dishaa Power Corporation Pvt Ltd which is solely an Independent Power Producing company. He operationally heads the team of professionals at diverse levels in Dishaa Power also.
Mrs. Sharada Shetty - Director, - Finance and Administration
Mrs. Sharada Shetty is heading the Finance and Administration of the company. She is additionally looking into the HR activities of the Company. Her expertise is in the area of Training, Organization Development, Budgeting, Capacity Utilization, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Recruitment, Safety and Wellness of the Employees and the Company.
Mr. Mohammed Razvi - Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Sharada Shetty is heading the Finance and Administration of the company. She is additionally looking into the HR activities of the Company. Her expertise is in the area of Training, Organization Development, Budgeting, Capacity Utilization, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Recruitment, Safety and Wellness of the Employees and the Company.
Mr. Mohammed Razvi - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Razvi, started his career as an Engineer with Abletech in the year 2002. He currently heads the Planning and Execution of the projects of Abletech. He brings in strong project skills and execution expertise; which is instrumental in implementation and completion of various power projects taken up by the company.
TEAM STRENGTH
Business Development
We have Qualified Business Development Executives to take up marketing of the projects. AEEPL has obtained Wind and Solar Power Projects from the Government of Karnataka, It Develops basic civil and electrical infrastructure required for the projects, markets the project and sells it to potential investors who have the choice of going with any Wind turbine manufacturer of its choice.
Electrical
We have qualified and experienced in-house Technical Teams for Execution of all Electrical works from concept to commissioning of 11 KV/ 33KV/ 66KV/ 110KV /220KV Transmission lines and Substations with specialization in development of Infrastructure required for Evacuation of Green Power from the point of Generation to the point of connecting to KPTCL grid .
Civil
We have developed a few Qualified Teams for civil and other activities like conducting Survey, Formation of Roads and Culverts ,Control rooms and foundation works. We engage the teams depending on the quantum of civil works completion time schedule. We have in- house civil supervisors to monitor the works and maintain quality and time.
Liaison
We have Qualified Liaison team to deal with Government Bodies in obtaining various approvals for power projects
1. Electrical Board Approvals from KPTCL/ESCOMS/CEIG/ PTCC etc.
2. Renewable Energy and Government approvals. –KREDL / Energy / Revenue/Forest / Panchayath / District Commissioner office/Taluk offices etc.
3.Environmental Board approvals – Pollution Control, Factories and Boilers, Environmental clearances etc.
